  1. Ratio = 225 / 175 = 1.29x bodyweight
  2. Distance to 1.5x BW = 175 * 1.5 - 225 = 37.5 lbs more needed
  3. Distance to 2x BW = 175 * 2 - 225 = 125 lbs more needed
