## How to Calculate Calories Per Serving

### Formula

**Calories Per Serving = Total Recipe Calories / Number of Servings**

Add up the calories from every ingredient in the recipe, then divide by how many portions it makes.

  2. Servings: 8.
  3. Per serving: 2400 / 8 = 300 kcal.
