Calculadora de Energía en un Inductor — Fórmula
Energy in an Inductor
An inductor stores energy in its magnetic field when current flows through it.
Formula
E = (1/2) * L * I²
This energy is released when the current decreases. The magnetic field collapses, driving current through the circuit.
Ejemplo Resuelto
A 100 mH inductor carrying 2 A.
- E = 0.5 * L * I²
- E = 0.5 * 100e-3 * 4
- E = 0.5 * 0.4
- E = 0.2 J = 200 mJ
