Fee Structure

Monthly Fee = Collected Rent x Management Rate%

Leasing Fee = First Month Rent x Leasing Rate% x Turnovers

Typical Rates

  • Management: 6-12% of collected rent (8-10% most common)
  • Leasing/placement: 50-100% of first month rent
  • Lease renewal: $150-$300 per renewal
