**Total Appetizers = Guests x Pieces Per Person**
**Total Main = Guests x Serving Weight**

### Planning Guidelines

- Appetizer-only party: 10-12 pieces per person
- Dinner party: 4-6 appetizers + main + sides
- Main course: 200-280 g per person
- Side dishes: 150-200 g per person
- Always prepare 10-15% extra

Ejemplo Resuelto

Plan food for a dinner party with 20 guests.

  1. Appetizers: 20 x 8 = 160 pieces.
  2. Main course: 20 x 250 g = 5000 g = 5 kg.
  3. Sides: 20 x 200 g = 4000 g = 4 kg.
  4. Total food: 5 + 4 = 9 kg plus 160 appetizer pieces.
