How Volleyball Hitting Efficiency Is Calculated

Hitting % = (Kills - Errors) / Total Attempts

This ranges from -1.000 (all errors) to 1.000 (all kills).

Benchmarks

  • Below .100: Poor
  • .100-.200: Average
  • .200-.300: Good
  • .300-.400: Very good
  • Above .400: Elite
