Calcolatore di Notazione Scientifica — Formula
## Scientific Notation
### Format
**a × 10^n** where 1 ≤ |a| < 10
### Purpose
Scientific notation expresses very large or very small numbers compactly. For example:
- Speed of light: 3 × 10⁸ m/s
- Avogadro's number: 6.022 × 10²³
- Electron mass: 9.109 × 10⁻³¹ kg
### Converting to Scientific Notation
1. Move the decimal point until you have a number between 1 and 10
2. Count how many places you moved the decimal
3. Moving left = positive exponent, moving right = negative exponent

Esempio Risolto
Express Avogadro's number: 6.022 × 10²³.
- 6.022 × 10²³
- = 602,200,000,000,000,000,000,000
- log₁₀ ≈ 23.7798
