## How Muffin Batch Amounts Are Calculated

### Batter per Muffin

- **Mini muffin**: About 30 g (1 tablespoon) of batter per cup.
- **Standard muffin**: About 75 g (3 tablespoons) of batter per cup, filling 2/3 full.
- **Jumbo muffin**: About 150 g (6 tablespoons) of batter per cup.

### Typical Batter Ratios

A standard muffin batter is approximately:
- 35% flour
- 20% sugar
- 15% fat (butter or oil)
- 30% liquid + eggs
