From right to left: - Bit 0 = 2^0 = 1 - Bit 1 = 2^1 = 2 - Bit 2 = 2^2 = 4 - Bit 3 = 2^3 = 8 - Bit 4 = 2^4 = 16 - Bit 5 = 2^5 = 32 - Bit 6 = 2^6 = 64 - Bit 7 = 2^7 = 128 Multiply each bit by its place value and sum all the results.
