Calories = Juice Volume x Calories per 100 mL / 100
Juice Yields
Juicing removes most fiber, so juice is higher in sugar per serving than whole fruit.
Exemple Résolu
Juice 300 g of apples.
- Juice yield: 300 x 60% = 180 mL.
- Calories: 180 x 46/100 = 82.8 kcal.
- Approx. sugar: 180 x 0.1 = 18 g.
