d = m / V
Where d is density (g/mL), m is mass (g), and V is volume (mL). Note: g/mL and kg/L are numerically identical.
Exemple Résolu
A salt solution has mass 105 g and volume 100 mL.
- d = m / V
- d = 105 / 100
- d = 1.05 g/mL
