**Total = Flights + (Hotel x Nights) + (Food + Activities + Transport) x Days**

6-day, 5-night trip: $400 flight, $150/night hotel, $60 food, $40 activities, $20 transport per day.

  1. Flights = $400
  2. Lodging = 5 x $150 = $750
  3. Daily expenses = (60 + 40 + 20) x 6 = $720
  4. Total budget = $400 + $750 + $720 = $1,870
  5. Per day average = $1,870 / 6 = $312/day
