## How to Calculate Your Final Grade

Your final grade is a weighted combination of coursework and the final exam.

### Formula

**Final Grade = (Coursework Grade x Coursework Weight) + (Exam Grade x Exam Weight)**

Where Exam Weight = 100% - Coursework Weight.

Exemplo Resolvido

You have an 88% in coursework (worth 70%) and score 78% on the final exam (worth 30%).

  1. Coursework contribution: 88 x 0.70 = 61.6
  2. Final exam weight: 100% - 70% = 30%
  3. Final exam contribution: 78 x 0.30 = 23.4
  4. Final grade: 61.6 + 23.4 = 85.0%
