Planning Guidelines

  • Appetizer-only party: 10-12 pieces per person
  • Dinner party: 4-6 appetizers + main + sides
  • Main course: 200-280 g per person
  • Side dishes: 150-200 g per person
  • Always prepare 10-15% extra

    Plan food for a dinner party with 20 guests.

    1. Appetizers: 20 x 8 = 160 pieces.
    2. Main course: 20 x 250 g = 5000 g = 5 kg.
