How to Calculate Green Building Savings
Green buildings use less energy, water, and resources than conventional buildings.
Formula
Energy Saved = Building Size * Baseline EUI * Energy Savings %
Baseline EUI: ~15 kWh/sq ft/year for commercial, ~6 kWh for residential
