Formula

Total Pasta = People x Serving Size

Standard Serving Sizes (dry)

  • Side dish: 56 g (2 oz)
  • Main course: 85 g (3 oz)
  • Generous: 115 g (4 oz)
  • Pasta roughly doubles in weight when cooked. Use about 1 liter of water per 100 g of dry pasta.
