## How to Calculate Macros Per Recipe

### Formulas

**Total Calories = (Protein x 4) + (Carbs x 4) + (Fat x 9)**

**Per Serving = Total / Number of Servings**

### Calorie Values

- 1 g protein = 4 kcal
- 1 g carbohydrate = 4 kcal
- 1 g fat = 9 kcal

  1. Total calories: (80 x 4) + (120 x 4) + (60 x 9) = 320 + 480 + 540 = 1340 kcal.
